We are seeking to hire a Research Associate II - iPSc in South San Francisco, CA

Role: Research Associate II - iPSc

Pay Scale: $74, 256- $120, 120 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do

• Primary responsibility will be to execute protocols to maintain and differentiate induced
  
  

pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)

• Other activities will include support for Cell Therapy related activities (e.g. cell differentiation,
  
  

molecular biology analytics).

• Perform analytical workflows encompassing but not limited to gene-based assays and cell-based
  
  

assays.

• Data acquisition, analysis, interpretation and communication of findings in internal scientific
  
  

meetings

• Maintain compliance with lab safety, training and documentation
  
  

What We're Looking For

• BS/MS in Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics or a related discipline
• Strong background in sterile aseptic mammalian cell culture techniques and experience working
  
  

with human iPSCs

• Technical expertise in some of the following areas: molecular assays (NGS, RT-PCR, dd-PCR), iPSc
  
  

differentiation, cell based functional assays, image acquisition/analysis, flow cytometry.

• Proven ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate effectively
