We are seeking a Lead Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accountant in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
Estimated total wage: $112,000 - $140,000
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
- Perform month-end AP account closing activities and reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for AP accruals and variances
- Perform accounting analysis for account payables, reconciliations, and foreign exchange.
- Provide appropriate accounting information to vendors (external and internal) when needed
- Closely coordinate AP activities with Procurement and Material Management functions
- Review financial reports to identify and explain AP and GRIR balances and variances
- Process Vender Invoices, PO Down Payment Requests, and Payment Transactions in SAP S4 HANA and JP Morgan Chase Portal
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Perform Customer Billing, Communication, and Collections duties in cooperation with Sales organization and financial controllership
- Review AR aging reports and support collection strategy execution
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing disputes
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition per predefined revenue guidelines and AR closing activities
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve complex discrepancies
- Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits
- Assist in tax preparation and filing activities (1099, 1042s, etc.)
- Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files
- Adhere to standard accounting principles, company policies, and departmental procedures
- Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience in Accounts Payable and understanding of customer billing and collections.
- Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in SAP S4 HANA
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- CPA designation is a plus
- Experience with AP Fiori interface
- Experience with Publicly Traded Companies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform assigned duties with limited supervision
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional team of professionals and contractors
