The Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a 1-year position with the possibility of transitioning into another role within DGDG at the end of the term.

What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the CEO on upcoming projects and initiatives
- Keep the CEO’s calendar and travel plans running smoothly, and coordinate with leaders across the organization
- Lend a hand with personal assistant tasks—from scheduling and errands to day-to-day needs that keep things on track
- Assist with the planning of events, from internal meetings to big company celebrations
- General office management, including customer service and supporting senior leaders
- Jump in on other administrative or operational tasks when needed
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Super organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Positive energy, proactive mindset, and the ability to stay one step ahead
- Dependable, professional, and trustworthy
- Comfortable handling both work-related and personal matters with discretion

- Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
