Revelyst is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Sourcing to drive critical supplier transitions, sourcing strategies, and network optimization across key consumer categories such as apparel, wearable accessories, optics, and tech.
This role will lead supplier diversification, total landed cost optimization, and tariff management strategies while ensuring seamless execution of sourcing projects across a dynamic global supply chain.
This role reports to the Senior Manager PMO and works onsite at one of our offices in Bozeman, MT; Irvine, CA; or Logan, UT.
As the Sourcing Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

As the Sourcing Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead cross-functional sourcing projects across multiple product categories, including supplier transitions, make vs. buy analysis, and alternative design considerations.
- Support the execution of long-term sourcing strategies to enhance supply chain resiliency, reduce reliance on single-source regions, and mitigate geopolitical risks.
- Drive total landed cost modeling—including tariff exposure, logistics, and lead time—to support sourcing decisions and transition planning.
- Manage program cadence and key touchpoints such as workshops, project sessions, and category strategy reviews, ensuring alignment with finance, engineering, and commercial stakeholders.
- Partner with category leads and regional teams to evaluate and onboard new suppliers; support capability assessments and transition readiness.
- Oversee supplier RFQ execution, site transition planning, tooling transfers, and volume ramp planning across global locations.
- Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Engineering, merchandising, product development, and Commercial teams to ensure operational alignment and smooth execution.
- Execute network moves identified through optimization opportunities by contributing to sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution design projects that balance cost, service, and resiliency across global operations
- Maintain clear project tracking, report progress to senior leadership, and proactively identify and resolve risks, delays, or roadblocks.
- Contribute to sourcing resiliency initiatives, facilitating scenario planning and supplier enablement outside high-tariff or high-risk regions.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with deep understanding of total landed cost, tariff impact, and global trade dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Experience driving supplier transitions, ramp planning, and cost-competitive sourcing across international markets.
- Clear, concise communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Experience interpreting CAD drawings or partnering with product engineering to facilitate supplier capability transitions.
- Background in seasonal categories, with the ability to flag timeline risks and key decision points early.
- Familiarity with systems and master data, including active SKU libraries, ship-from locations, and PLM tools.
- Demonstrated track record of cost savings, sourcing diversification, and on-time execution of supplier transition plans.
- CAPM or PMP certification.
