Data Input Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Input Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Input and update data from various sources into the company’s database or software systems.
• Verify accuracy of data entered by cross-referencing with original documents or data sources.
• Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks on the information stored.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
• Assist in the creation of reports and summaries based on the data collected.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Input Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

The Pay Range For This Role Is

28.90 - 33.10 USD per hour(Remote (Reno, Nevada, US))
