Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on residential construction sites with full accountability for safety, quality, and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including bidding, vetting, and hiring
• Communicate closely with field crews to ensure efficient execution
• Partner with homeowners, engineers, and the sales team to ensure a high-end client experience
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation with attention to detail
• Proactively solve project issues to avoid delays or quality issues
• Enforce building codes, local regulations, and company quality standards
• Mentor site superintendents and team members to develop skills and ensure project cohesion
• Participate in planning and process improvement across the company
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, including supervisory or project management roles
• Knowledge of Nevada building codes and best practices in residential building
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project scheduling and management tools (Google Docs, Excel, MS Project, or similar)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing priorities
• Experience with production home building and site development is a plus
• Comfort with light IT setup and field technology support is a bonus
