Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of journeyman electricians and service crews.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and workflow to ensure timely job completion.
• Track project progress, costs, and materials to maintain budget and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to field staff as needed.
• Maintain direct communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with company leadership to improve processes, service quality, and team performance.
• Conduct job inspections to verify work meets code, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage service documentation, including work orders, reports, and safety records.
• Foster a positive, professional work environment and promote team development.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with supervisory or management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Journeyman Certification or equivalent field experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage personnel and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with electrical codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Comfortable with hybrid work (office, field visits, and remote management tasks).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
