We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience in our service center.
Responsibilities
28 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Jackson, Mississippi, US))
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience in our service center.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Process customer requests, including service appointments, product returns, and warranty claims.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer confidentiality and data protection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
