RN, Registered Nurse - IMC Sepsis/W400 - Full Time

Summary: The qualified Nurse practices independently within a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. They demonstrate awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and delegate tasks appropriately to team members.

• Responsibilities include delivering nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation), addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocol, documenting patient information, and providing education to patients and families.
• Meets competency expectations in leadership, self, others, or leaders of leaders.
• Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred; 1+ year of related nursing experience preferred; active RN license in the state or with a compact license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• New hires must attend orientation within 30 days, complete competency validations, and participate in residency or onboarding programs. All certifications must be obtained within designated timeframes, with grace periods based on experience.
• The work schedule is to be determined; position is full-time.
