Role Description
BackgroundSkills
Minimum of 2 years of product experience junior PM PM or Product dev preferably in finance tech
Comfortable with SQL basic queries joins and digging into data without always relying on others
Strong on execution someone who can work across tech operations
Good writer should be able to handle specs bugs and product updates clearly
Familiar with jira and agile way of working
PDLC experience Product development life cycle Product design Product strategy Agile methodology
Strong ability to leverage customer insights and data to drive product strategy
Proven experience working crossfunctionally with teams like marketing risk compliance and payments
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think strategically and act tactically balancing shortterm execution with longterm vision
Experience in market research and identifying new opportunities for product innovation and expansion
Impeccable understanding of data and metrics exercising high quality data driven decisioning
Very structured detail oriented strong followthrough notetaking and ownership
