We are seeking a Director - Allied Health Education and Career Pathways to:
- Oversee allied health education, career pathways and programs supported by UW Health.
- Lead the administrative oversight, maintenance of accreditation compliance, and the modification or adaptation of current educational programs.

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree in Education or related field Preferred
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related field Required
- 7 years of work experience in operational administration for health sciences, medical sciences, science, technology or education, or other closely related area Preferred
- 2 years of work experience in any area of clinical health care Preferred
- Experience in project management, program development, process improvement or strategic management Preferred
- Knowledge of funding mechanisms for workforce initiatives (e.g. grants, apprentices, tuition reimbursement) Preferred
- Certification in a clinical health care profession Preferred
