Job Description:

Take the lead in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy for a fast-growing stealth startup as a Lead Recruiter. You will work closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to define talent needs, design sourcing campaigns, and build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, managing the process from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Mentor and support recruiting team members to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple hiring projects and candidate pipelines simultaneously with excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Partner with marketing and employer brand teams to drive targeted talent attraction initiatives.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment, with demonstrated leadership in building talent acquisition strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting across multiple functions, preferably including technical and business roles.
  • Strong expertise with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and applicant engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for coaching and developing recruiting talent.
