Job Overview

Animal Management Systems Inc. is hiring two full-time Wildlife Removal & Restorations / Lead Pest Control Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. In this highly skilled and hands-on role, you'll lead service calls for wildlife extraction, pest control, and full-service structural restorations. You'll be climbing onto roofs, crawling into tight spaces, and performing critical repairs that protect homes from infestation and damage. Key Responsibilities

• Perform humane wildlife removal and pest control services on residential properties
• Complete structural restorations and exclusion repairs (roof patches, vent covers, chimney caps, etc.)
• Safely work on rooftops, attics, and crawl spaces, often in challenging conditions
• Apply pesticides in accordance with Indiana 7A certification standards
• Diagnose infestations and damage, providing clients with tailored solutions and estimates
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication and professional service
• Maintain detailed records and follow strict safety protocols
• Represent AMS with integrity and care during all field assignments
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in wildlife control, pest management, and residential repair
• Proficient in home construction elements such as:
• Roofs, gutters, and drip edges
• Crawl vents and crawl space barriers
• Attic fans and insulation (batted and blow-in)
• Chimney caps and crown coating
• Confident working at heights and in tight spaces
• Unafraid of animals and comfortable in unpredictable environments
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid Nuisance Wildlife License and 7A Pesticide License (required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
