Cultivation Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Happy Valley)
Pay Range: $16.00 - 17.00 per hour

We’re looking for a Cultivation Technician ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and assist our winning cultivation team in what they do best.

• Perform pruning, defoliation, cloning, transplanting, and plant training across all growth stages.
• Monitor plant health daily and report signs of nutrient deficiency, disease, pests, or stress.
• Assist with integrated pest management (IPM) protocols, including application of biological controls, sanitation practices, and recordkeeping.
• Water, fertilize, and care for plants using irrigation systems, hand tools, and cultivation equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs on plant growth, feeding schedules, and environmental data (temperature, humidity, CO₂).
• Assist with harvests, including cutting, weighing, and preparing plants for post-harvest processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant grow environment in accordance with company SOPs and Arizona state regulations.
• Support inventory tracking and compliance reporting in seed-to-sale software.
• Follow daily task lists and instructions from cultivation leadership to ensure production goals are met.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, or greenhouse/indoor plant production.
• Working knowledge of plant biology, growth cycles, and common cultivation practices.
• Familiarity with IPM practices and ability to recognize signs of pest or disease pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Comfort working in high-humidity environments and handling agricultural chemicals with proper PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• A self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to obtain/maintain a state-issued Facility Agent Card.

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift (50+ lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot, humid conditions and on concrete flooring
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity are essential
• Exposure to pollen, dust, and raw plant material is expected
