We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
The Products for All team creates products, tools, and resources enabling Google to create outstanding products for everyone, everywhere by advancing universal product development, accessibility, and internationalization. Products for All takes a holistic approach to advance our purpose of making Google’s products work well for all users. We build infrastructure, form and maintain Product Area partnerships, set company-wide goals and ensure alignment and accountability, and position Google as a leader externally by advancing industry standards.
In this role, you will influence how all products at Google are built, helping product teams center under represented voices at key points in design, development, and marketing.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 1 year experience as product manager working on consumer products.
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience in incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.
- Knowledge of building accessibility best practices.

- Drive significant, measurable improvements in Universal Product Development across all Google products by working across functions and product areas.
- Bring experience in leveraging different perspectives of users into product strategy and roadmaps.
- Advance industry best practices for universal product design and advocate them across Google.
- Define goal, requirements, and lead execution for integrating Universal Product Development throughout the product development lifecycle across product areas at Google.
- Achieve greater adoption of Universal Product Development best practices by improving and expanding accountability systems.
