Arlington Properties is hiring a Centralized Lease Renewal Coordinator for a 4-month assignment to support lease renewal operations across multiple multifamily communities. This fully remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
This role is responsible for guiding residents through the lease renewal process, working collaboratively with property teams, and leveraging industry tools such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.

This role is responsible for guiding residents through the lease renewal process, working collaboratively with property teams, and leveraging industry tools such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage upcoming lease expirations across multiple properties.
- Initiate and send lease renewal offers in line with pricing strategies.
- Communicate with residents regarding renewal terms via phone, email, and text.
- Respond to questions and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with on-site teams and regional managers to ensure alignment on leasing goals.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software.
- Support reporting on resident retention, renewal trends, and performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or a related customer service role.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, Fair Housing laws, and property management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools a plus.
- Experience in a centralized or remote property management support role.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Knowledge of rent pricing models and renewal strategy implementation.
- Centralized office environment.
- Regular working hours with occasional need for flexible scheduling depending on time zones or resident needs. Including 2 days a week with later hours, i.e. 10 am- 7 pm.
