Who You Are
Responsibilities :
- Campus Event Support: Assist with plan ning and execut ing firm events and activities at universities ( i.e. career fairs, interview scheduling, information sessions, etc .)
- Campus Recruitment: S upport full-cycle campus recruiting for internship and entry-level staff roles , including application review, TA video interview review, and business interview scheduling
- Pre-Onboarding: Ensure completion of pre-onboarding tasks and candidates feel supported through their start date
- Internship Program Support: Help plan and coordinate various internship programs within the firm , highlighting every step of the way
- Data and Reporting : Utilize the ATS and other systems to capture and track recruiting activities and generate reports on program effectiveness
- Team Support : Foster teamwork within the Talent Acquisition team , supporting other areas as needed and collaborating with campus liaisons and recruiting partners
- Other duties as assigned
Education/ Certifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree, required
- 0-3 years of recruiting experience, internship experience and engagement on campus included
- Previous experience with campus recruiting, internship programs or college outreach is highly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 0-25%
- Flexibility with hours; ability to work evenings as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the firm and at target schools
- Strong Microsoft office and computer skills
- Strong administrative skills, documentation skills, and detail-oriented
- Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients
- Ability to quickly gain a strong understanding of the firm’s recruiting policy, procedures, and systems
- Self-starter with strong project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Adaptable in learning new technology and platforms
