Job Overview

Turf Tec Landscape Management LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Landscape Foreman to lead and inspire our landscaping crews on diverse residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you'll be responsible for managing daily project execution, maintaining high-quality installation standards, and fostering team development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation installations.
• Supervise and train crew members, setting clear daily goals and expectations.
• Communicate directly with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
• Submit timesheets, photos, reports, and material records through Aspire software.
• Conduct inventory checks, equipment inspections, and maintenance reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (truck, trailer, tools).
• Enforce and model company safety procedures and standards.
• Adapt to scheduling changes and make on-the-job decisions to meet project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop team members.
• Clean NYS driver's license; DOT Physical required. CDL and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Knowledge of installing turf, gardens, patios, walls, and irrigation systems.
• Experience using job management software (Aspire a plus).
