At Inter Miami CF we're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Coordinator, Marketing Projects to join our Marketing, Operations team. You will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and drives the execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects across the Club. This role owns project workflows, ensures deadlines and deliverables are met, and connects cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. The Senior Coordinator is a go-to resource for project tracking, campaign execution, and stakeholder communication, helping to elevate the efficiency and output of the marketing function.

This role owns project workflows, ensures deadlines and deliverables are met, and connects cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. The Senior Coordinator is a go-to resource for project tracking, campaign execution, and stakeholder communication, helping to elevate the efficiency and output of the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Project and workflow management
- Lead day-to-day project execution using platforms like Monday.com, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Monitor progress across multiple initiatives, flagging risks and driving resolution to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for project updates, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment.
- Document meetings, consolidate next steps, and proactively manage follow-ups.
- Partner with in-house creative teams to ensure all assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate marketing deliverables across key departments including Ticketing, Partnerships, and Community Relations, supporting efforts such as events, digital campaigns, CRM/email deployments, and in-stadium promotions.
- Support major brand campaigns, jersey launches, and content allotments for high-visibility moments.
- Assist in creating recap decks and post-campaign reports to evaluate performance.
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and internal departments such as Communications, Business Intelligence, Partnerships, and Community Engagement.
- Ensure consistent communication, accountability, and clarity across teams and departments.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and brand partners to streamline asset delivery and approvals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience in project management, account coordination, or marketing; experience in an agency environment or the sports/entertainment industry is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.), and communication platforms (Slack, Teams).
- Solid understanding of digital and creative production workflows (design, video, web, etc.).
- Clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience in an agency handling multiple clients is preferred.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for matches and events.
