Northtown Volvo/Porsche and Jaguar/Land Rover are both looking to add on to their experienced sales staff.

- Present and sell new/used vehicles to customers while also creating an amazing customer experience and meeting the dealership standards relative to gross profit and volume.
- Availability must be from 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturdays
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Sell and deliver a minimum amount of vehicles each month
- Write a complete sales order and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems
- Attend all product, sales, and employment related trainings as instructed by management
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services within the industry
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a prospect development system.
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Know and understand the federal, state and local laws that govern retail auto sales.
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Fully explain the product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
- Follow up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes” and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
- Previous automotive experience preferred, if not automotive then strong sales experience would be required
- Previous luxury or high-end product sales preferred, but not required
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills and the ability to work in both an independent and team setting.
- Strong customer service skills
- The basic ability to calculate figures and amounts such as add, subtract, calculate discounts, interest , commission, and percentages
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate smartphone, tablet and PC.
