Position Purpose

You will support various functions, including title perfection, maintenance, and release for defi’s auto clients. You will be key in helping the company achieve desired financial outcomes defined by client objectives.

Essential Functions

• Be a back-up for managerial duties when needed (performance management, direction, subject matter expert)
• Mastery of Title process across all client portfolio
• Work diligently to meet deadlines as set by client expectations and contracted SLAs
• Provide direction to others to meet or exceed client standards
• Be a problem solver for complex accounts by researching, delegating, or coming to another type of successful resolution for our clients.
• Assist fellow team members in all other functions when needed
• Become a notary public within six months
• Model servant leadership behaviors
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years experience in vehicle titles
• Minimum one (1) year team lead, supervisory/ management, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
