Centralized Leasing Specialist
CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday (4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
COMPENSATION: $15 per hour and up to $200 in monthly bonuses
TEAM: Redstone Residential is a national student and conventional housing operator, headquartered in Provo, Utah. Managing more than 38,000 leases and operating in 20 states, Redstone is the 5th largest 3rd party management company in the U.S.! We are seeing rapid expansion with our conventional portfolios are also seeing rapid expansion.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist residents, & prospects with daily needs in a professional manner (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.)
- Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
- Work with your team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals
- Provide virtual tours for potential residents
- Follow up with potential leads
- Help with resident concerns and questions
- Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to quickly respond to inquiries
- Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
- 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Entrata Software is a plus but not required
- Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
- Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
- Warm, friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
