Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing technology company. This role is a key member of the HR team, responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees and managers across all departments to deliver best-in-class HR support in areas including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing technology company. This role is a key member of the HR team, responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees and managers across all departments to deliver best-in-class HR support in areas including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Employee Support and Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, and employee relations.
- Performance Management: Support the annual performance review cycle, provide coaching to managers and employees, and help ensure fair and consistent feedback practices.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure company policies comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records. Analyze HR metrics and data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs and help identify development opportunities for employees and managers.
- HR Projects: Contribute to strategic HR initiatives such as process improvements and HR system enhancements.
- Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance to employees and managers on compensation processes and serve as a resource for benefits inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology/cybersecurity environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and other company systems. Experience with ADP preferred.
- Work effectively within a team environment.
