Position Overview: We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic Marketing Analyst to join our high-impact team. In this role, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance, revenue growth, and customer value. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing analytics, MarTech, and sales alignment, using tools like Power BI, SQL, Oracle Eloqua, and Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall to shape our go-to-market strategy.

The pay range for this position is $101,900 - $183,400 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

You’ll work at the intersection of marketing analytics, MarTech, and sales alignment, using tools like Power BI, SQL, Oracle Eloqua, and Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall to shape our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI.
- Track and optimize marketing KPIs, functional metrics, and impact metrics.
- Apply Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall to align marketing and sales around buying groups.
- Leverage web analytics and customer journey analytics to improve digital marketing performance.
- Use Oracle, Snowflake, and Alteryx for data management and automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to drive data-informed decisions.
- Optimize processes and workflows using marketing technology (MarTech) tools like Segment CDP and Twilio Engage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data automation tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and revenue alignment frameworks.
- Familiarity with Oracle Eloqua, Segment, Twilio Engage, and Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
