We are seeking Dental Assistants / Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing, team-oriented practice and work alongside our pediatric, orthodontic, and general dentists.

We are seeking Dental Assistants / Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing, team-oriented practice and work alongside our pediatric, orthodontic, and general dentists.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine technical skills, attention to detail, and a caring, child-centered approach to patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate care, helping children and families feel comfortable during visits
- Assist dentists with clinical procedures and tasks allowed under your practice act
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment following OSHA and office protocols
- Record patient treatments and chart updates accurately
- Anticipate dentist needs and support efficient patient flow
- Educate and answer patient and parent questions about oral health and treatment
- Completion of dental assisting coursework or relevant training; Registered Dental Assistant license preferred
- Compliance with state dental practice requirements (X-ray, OSHA, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and team members
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and a team player
