Pay: $120,000/year

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a sales or marketing product training role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical area.

Greene Resources is seeking a Sales Training Manager to support generating and securing sales. This is a remote opportunity that is responsible for providing pre- and post-sales technical and product knowledge support to internal sales managers, distributors, and the customer base. Provide support in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations, offer training and product demonstrations, and attend customer meetings to ensure successful product adoption.

Job Description:

  • Support sales activities coordinated by Senior Regional Sales Manager and VP of Sales.
  • Develop training programs for Sales Representatives and Distributor sales personnel that effectively communicate the technical content, use, and benefits of Key Systems' automotive products, thereby enhancing sales.
  • Organize road shows and train Sales Reps on automotive products for the field sales team.
  • Collect information from the market regarding product service and competition, especially on Automotive products, and share it with the corresponding product manager.
  • Collect insights and the voice of customers as to the trends, pricing, and products/programs, and input valuable information into Marketing and Sales.
  • Assist the sales management team in preparing and presenting focused presentations on products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships and selling opportunities within designated territories.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assist in the optimized use of our products.
  • Act as initial contact and liaison between Customers and Customer Service Group, and Technical Support Group.
  • Provide monthly reports with information on the number of calls and visits and a summary of customer issues.
  • Participate in team business meetings, training programs, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Assist in the development of business growth forecasts and budget processes.
  • Identify potential customers' targets and implement the best strategy to approach them.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience working with distributors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in critical interaction and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to bridge market requirements and needs with internal technical expertise and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
