Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organization. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home offices, pantries, garage cabinetry and more. Our growth has created an immediate need for an Assistant Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full time inside management position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team
• Interview and hire salespeople
• Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum managing sales teams
• Personal sales background of at least 2 years with demonstrated track record
• Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
• Positive attitude towards achievement
• Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
• Experience working with consumers
• Retail sales and management
• Must be living in St. Petersburg area
  
  
  

Salary: $72,000/ year

This is a full-time position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.
