Compensation Or Total Rewards Manager

Location: HYBRID: 3 days/week in Leesburg, VA - 2 days/week Remote

You’ll own compensation analytics and program design—benchmarking markets, tuning structures, and leading cycles—so we can attract and reward top med‑device talent globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain base, variable, and equity compensation programs.
  • Design, establish and maintain HRIS performance and compensation modules.
  • Lead annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles; ensure fiscal alignment and partnership with Finance and HR.
  • Provide guidance and pay range recommendations to Recruiting and leaders.
  • Ensure global practices comply with local laws; document governance and approvals.
  • Support executive compensation administration and board‑ready reporting as needed.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay‑equity analyses; refresh ranges and structures.
  • Maintain/implement job leveling frameworks and global salary bands post‑acquisition.
  • Build dashboards and models to monitor competitiveness, compression, and retention risk.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in compensation or total rewards.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel; experience with survey vendors and comp tools.
  • Experience with job architecture/leveling and global frameworks preferred.
  • Clear, executive‑ready communication; able to influence and simplify complexity.
  • Confidentiality in working with sensitive information.
