Coalition Life is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Nurse to join our medical team. Under the direction of the Medical Director and the supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Nurse provides high-quality medical services, ensures accurate documentation, and supports clients through compassionate care.

Under the direction of the Medical Director and the supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Nurse provides high-quality medical services, ensures accurate documentation, and supports clients through compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life.
- Perform and document limited obstetric ultrasounds, reporting all findings to the Medical Director for review and approval.
- Administer, interpret, and record results of medical-grade pregnancy tests.
- Accurately chart client medical information in the electronic health database in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide nursing consultations during options coaching appointments, addressing clients’ medical questions and concerns.
- Clearly explain abortion procedures and associated risks in a factual, compassionate, and professional manner. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to assist with urgent client needs.
- Maintain ongoing client contact (via phone, SMS, email, or mail) regarding medical concerns and provide support throughout participation in the Women’s Care Connect program.
- Collaborate with outside agencies as needed on behalf of clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Chaperone client ultrasounds when appropriate.
- Manage an active and diverse caseload with professionalism, sensitivity, and cultural competence.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, ensuring exam rooms are sanitized and equipment sterilized after each use.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies; reorder as necessary to maintain stock.
- Engage in regular performance reviews, peer feedback sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Assist with client intake responsibilities including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments as needed.

- Valid license as RN, RDMS, NP, or PA.
- Experience in obstetric or women’s health nursing preferred.
- Proficiency in performing and documenting limited obstetric ultrasounds (training may be provided if necessary).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail in documentation and charting.
- Compassionate communicator with the ability to explain medical information clearly and empathetically.

- Willingness to work part-time hours, including participation in the rotating on-call schedule.
