Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Hiring Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position (M-F 8a-5p) based in Eugene, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is a team based role and pay will be determined by level of experience, paid biweekly.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage TBD based on experience paid every two weeks

- Create and manage hiring postings
- File and organize important documents
- Manage various onboarding duties
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Conduct orientations for new staff
- Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with Recruiting/hiring
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
