Role at a Glance

As a Field Loss Prevention Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our stores and supporting our teams across a designated region. Reporting to the Divisional Loss Prevention Manager, you’ll be a trusted resource for store leaders, helping them understand and implement strategies that reduce shrink, enhance safety, and ensure compliance. This is a field-based position that requires a high level of independence, adaptability, and travel—up to 80%—including overnight stays. You’ll be analyzing data, conducting audits, supporting investigations, and training store teams, all while building strong relationships and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability. Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of professional-level LP experience; 3–5 years general experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the division.

  • Automotive parts knowledge.
  • Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience with exception-based reporting tools.
  • A knack for building strong relationships and motivating others.
