We are looking for a talented and organized Photo Retoucher to join our Creative team. The Photo Retoucher role is a perfect blend of amplifying our brand image through creative editing, and project management skills to ensure projects stay on track and organized. About The Role
We are looking for a talented and organized Photo Retoucher to join our Creative team. The Photo Retoucher role is a perfect blend of amplifying our brand image through creative editing, and project management skills to ensure projects stay on track and organized. If you’re passionate about amazing editing and organizational excellence, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Create imagery that accurately represents the product and maintains current quality standards and helps define Shinola’s brand image.
- Maintain a standard of quality in all assets created by the Studio.
- Follow approval processes with deliverables from upper management and meet all internal deadlines.
- Organize and maintain a user-friendly Creative server, coordinating with team and leadership on sizing requirements and file naming conventions. Educate others on where to find final assets within the Creative server.
- Create a seamless workflow from approved asset hand-off to final image delivery within the creative team. Prioritize projects within retouching queue, translating requests into actionable tasks and schedule them out appropriately.
- Support the Design team with creation of web banners, homepage heroes, and ad hoc needs.
- Bachelor degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Basic camera and lighting knowledge
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Asana, Microsoft Suite, Capture One Pro
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
