The Enterprise Vice-President, Sales will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing national accounts in the corporate relocation space by developing strong relationships and delivering comprehensive solutions to customer needs.

The Enterprise Vice-President, Sales will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing national accounts in the corporate relocation space by developing strong relationships and delivering comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop customer retention strategies, monitor customer satisfaction, and address customer concerns.
- Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- All other duties assigned by the Senior Vice-President
- BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in an executive sales or revenue leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving quantifiable sales results.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and business development strategies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to sit for long periods; stand and walk frequently; and bend, stoop, and reach occasionally.
