Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
- Provide oversight and strategic direction to the brand team.
- Manage personnel, including hiring, performance reviews, and team structure.
- Deliver ongoing professional development for direct reports to foster growth and retention.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.
- Partner with internal teams to support brand clients—ensuring alignment with their goals, KPIs, and growth strategies.
- Promote brand success through structured planning, performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
- Ensure brand messaging, content, and positioning are consistent and optimized across platforms.
- Lead daily operations, troubleshoot challenges, and streamline workflows.
- Provide forecasting and strategic planning support for brand growth and inventory management.
- Deliver regular reports on brand performance, KPIs, and progress to leadership.
- Maintain a high level of advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Leverage experience (preferred) with Amazon and other ecommerce platforms to guide brand strategy.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize listings, advertising, and content.
- Stay informed on marketplace trends, changes, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, brand management, or client success.
- Proven track record in people management and team development.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Experience with Amazon is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
