Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the automotive sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Train and mentor sales staff on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service.
Collaborate with the General Manager, and other department heads to align sales goals with overall dealership objectives.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership management software.
