As a Regional Account Executive, you’ll be tasked with delivering revenue, margin growth, and increasing market share within your territory. A Regional Account Executive will call on and build relationships within the public safety sector. You build out your base and create new-business opportunities through customer interaction across various verticals.

- Drive company growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales, profit margins, and customer retention
- Collaborate closely with Inside Account Representatives and Sales Management to implement and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Manage and grow revenue from existing accounts through ongoing relationship-building and value-driven sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, presenting tailored sales solutions, and converting leads into long-term clients
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop, forecast, and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate and manage logistics for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to maximize brand exposure and networking opportunities
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key vendors and suppliers to support sales efforts and ensure high service standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field strongly preferred
- Proven sales experience with a focus on large account management
- Strong background in handling government bids and RFPs highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and commitments with precision
- Highly resourceful; able to independently locate information and solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing pricing models to optimize profitability
- Personable and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in managing and leveraging CRM platforms for sales and client management
