Customer Service Representative – Payment Support-Card
Hybrid Role: Amarillo, TX
Hours: 8-5 CST M-F, rotating on-call remotely Saturday 7am-2pm CST
Are you a team player who loves learning and solving problems? Join our growing Payment team as a CSR where you will use your skills to resolve Debit Card issues, for our customer while developing relationships internally and externally through the satisfaction of solving problems.
Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. They are the first point of customer contact for any payment service inquiries. They build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.

Education & Certifications:
Technical Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school.

Location: Preference will be given to candidates that are able to be in the Amarillo office 2 days a week and work remotely 3 days. We may consider remote only candidates after all Amarillo candidates have been reviewed.

Travel: No travel typically required.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers, through email, chat and phone
- Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner, researching and escalating issues of a complex nature
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of application functionality
- Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customer issues and concerns
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Certifications:
Technical Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school.
Experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Computer skills MS Office; Excel, Word, Teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems, research to find solutions
- Banking experience highly regarded-preferably back office
- Experience working with or for card network partners
- Teamwork-ability to ask for and receive help during unexpected challenges and urgent requests
