This means you'll be managing buildings, budgets, systems, and regulatory approvals—all with tight deadlines. We're seeking senior operators to take charge of one of four vital areas: approvals, onboarding, or finance. You'll have complete control. No committee approvals. No passing the buck. Just you, a clear mandate, and the opportunity to build a robust system.
We're not looking for advisors; we need former MBB+ consultants ready to transition from advising to owning. This role is perfect for those who excel in uncertain environments but require a clear mission—those who can turn a blank page into a strategic plan and then into tangible results.

What You Will Be Doing
Take full ownership and deliver one of the core operational pillars for the national launch of 2HL’s schools—executed swiftly, efficiently, and on a large scale. We’ll assign you to the pillar that best fits your skills, but you'll have full control over your domain.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Taking ownership of a key area in the national launch plan: whether it be regulatory approvals, onboarding and systems, or financial operations
- Leading cross-functional teams with full authority and accountability
- Developing playbooks where none exist and rigorously testing them in real-time
- Working closely with founders, functional leads, and campus staff to ensure launch-ready infrastructure
- Leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance operations and speed up execution
- Acting as an advisor—this is not a strategic planning role
- Navigating through multiple layers of hierarchy—you'll have a direct line to decision-makers
- Managing a single market or workstream—you’ll spearhead efforts across various regions
- Waiting for instructions—you’ll be the one providing them
- Passing tough decisions onto others—they're yours to tackle

- A structured mindset with a strong bias towards execution—capable of turning plans into actions independently
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and the willingness to travel approximately one week per month
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes and expedite delivery
