- Experienced with CRM platforms, lead management, and data-driven decision making
- Elevate existing “silicon valley” tech-enabled marketing programs and scale them to the next level
- Take direct ownership of both strategy and execution across demand generation and lead management initiatives
- Drive measurable results and celebrate tangible wins that have an immediate business impact
- Receive direct mentorship from executive leadership (CMO-level) while growing your own leadership skills

Job Responsibilities
- Own the entire lead funnel from creation - launch - iteration
- Maintain a CRM system to manage lead interactions
- Create project plans (budget, timelines, ownership) and execute on time
- Create and optimize email campaigns
- Manage marketing campaigns for onsite events
- Create or manage the creation of content for various initiatives
- Manage existing agency and ensure performance of their deliverables:
- SEO
- PPC
- Facebook post management
- Facebook ads
- Content
- Creative
- Liaison with other Cypress Lawn leadership members
- Develop PowerPoint and present campaigns to internal sales associates and management teams
- Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness (campaign KPI’s, Board of Director reporting)
- Manage budget and ensure cost-effective operations
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation
- 2+ years of marketing campaign development
- Proven track-record of achieving KPIs (campaign experience may include direct mail, branding, email marketing, digital marketing, grass roots events, or similar)
- Proven success fulfilling a qualified lead commitment from search, social, email, and other digital sources
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with external vendors
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Direct experience with lead management in CRM systems
- Passion for prioritizing the highest initiatives, while injecting the combination of art, science, and empathy into every decision
- Deep curiosity for businesses goals to be able to provide actionable solutions
