Location: Onsite – Green Bay, WI | Employment Type: Full-Time | Reports to: CEO
Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive & Operations Assistant to support our CEO and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role blends administrative support along with operational support, and improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, easily shifts between tasks, and acts as the central point of contact for the company.
Role and Responsibilities
Executive & Operations Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Run errands and handle miscellaneous business needs.
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.
- Work with 3rd-party accountants to provide financial documentation and updates.
- Perform bookkeeping, including account reconciliation.
- Manage company-wide communications, including leadership summaries.
- Provide triage support for development, support, and sales teams by entering projects, tickets, and invoices, responding to inquiries, and preparing reports/documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- WordPress and/or mobile app development experience helpful.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Wave)
- Knowledge of basic office equipment.
- Experience in IT or development preferred.
- Invoicing, bookkeeping, and accounting team collaboration experience.
