Sonstegard is seeking a candidate who is motivated, reliable, and a detail oriented professional with a positive attitude.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Oversees pasteurization operations and the daily workflow and assignments of their team members.
• Works with Quality Assurance to ensure USDA, HACCP and SQF standards are met.
• Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems.
• Trains employees on pasteurizing methods and procedures in accordance to company standards.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations; hold employees accountable to company standards, practices and policies.

We're Excited About You If You Have...

• High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience in food production environments with working knowledge of HACCP, SQF, SSOPs and SOPs.
• One to three years of experience as Supervisor experience; training employees, departmental performance accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate as appropriate.
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable, but not required.
