Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Junior Attorney for a reputable and growing personal injury law firm located near Redondo Beach, CA. This is a full-time, direct hire position requiring on-site presence. POSITION OVERVIEW
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional eager to deepen their litigation experience. The Junior Attorney will work under the supervision of 2–3 senior attorneys while independently managing a small caseload. The role includes hands-on litigation responsibilities such as drafting legal documents, participating in depositions, trial preparation, and client communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft complaints and legal pleadings
- Handle discovery requests and responses
- Draft and argue motions in court
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist in trial preparation
- Maintain consistent communication with clients
- Supervise and direct support staff
- Perform other litigation-related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Strong understanding of personal injury litigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues

COMPENSATION
This position offers a base salary of $150,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, sick leave, and additional perks. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
