The Role: Youth Basketball Official (aka Game Day MVP)

This isn’t just about calling fouls—you’ll be a leader, mentor, and hype person for kids ages 5–10. You’ll keep the games flowing, keep it safe, and make sure everyone leaves smiling.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the game fair, fun, and safe (enforce rules).
• Encourage sportsmanship & teamwork every game.
• Bring energy & positivity that keeps players and parents engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communicator who connects with kids and parents.
• Experience playing, coaching, or officiating sports (bonus if it’s basketball).
• Positive, outgoing personality with leadership presence.
• Reliable & flexible for weekend shifts (:7-week season).
