Job Summary
- Provide essential care and support to patients under the supervision of nursing staff
- Ensure patients’ comfort, safety, and well-being through daily care activities and monitoring
- Measure and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate
- Assist patients with mobility, including repositioning, transferring between bed and wheelchair, and walking assistance
- Support nurses and doctors during medical procedures and care tasks
- Observe and report any changes in patient health or behavior to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Offer compassionate support and companionship to patients
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor and record food and fluid intake
- Provide assistance during mealtime
- Adhere to infection control, hygiene, and safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- CNA License (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
