Due to incredible growth, AIS is seeking a Field Coordinator for our Desoto Texas area. The Field Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Field Service Managers and coordinating adequate support to complete projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries and schedules with FSM.
  • Process and submit expense report for Field Service Managers
  • Order hardware, sinks and stone countertops needed to complete projects.
  • Update and maintain hardware forecast for current and upcoming jobs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all departments in AIS.
  • Count hardware and sinks for new jobs using the architectural shop drawings.
  • Maintain updated inventory for sinks, stone and hardware using Smartsheet and excel.
  • Order and maintain forklifts when ordered for job sites, update invoices and inventory for budgeting on excel.
  • Update and maintain payroll for HUD certified payroll jobs by contacting FSMs. Record hours/amount paid to installers worked on excel spreadsheet and update payroll online systems.
  • Daily measurement communication with FSMs on jobs that are missing information.
  • Update and maintain the FSMs backlog excel sheet and coordinate with Superintendents to confirm accurate information.
  • Ship and receive supplies for FSMs.

  • Possess organizational skills for multiple projects at once.

  • Prioritize clients and represent AIS with pride & integrity.
  • Communicate efficiently among all departments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong administrative experience.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of construction experience
  • Previous construction management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
  • Valid Driver’s License
