What You’ll Do
Starts on Day 1
This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week minimum. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call occasionally, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the customer and client experience, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Evaluate, sell, and negotiate project scopes and estimates.
- Develop work scopes, schedules, and budgets for projects.
- Oversee in-house crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
- Coordinate and monitor project execution, quality, and compliance with codes.
- Conduct walk-throughs, resolve issues, and secure completion sign-offs.
- Recruit, train, and manage personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial records for all projects.
- Ensure safety practices and risk management protocols are followed.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Bachelor's in construction management preferred
- Proven experience in restoration/construction background a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Hands-on approach with willingness to oversee work onsite.
- Frequent walking, standing, driving, and occasional ladder use.
- Exposure to varying jobsite conditions, including noise and weather
