You will be proactive, confident and have negotiation skills that are second to none. Key Responsibilities

The Job requires experience in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment, working with logistics, and a positive attitude.

  • Handle all Logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments and imports (contacting logistics companies by phone, email and websites, negotiating with Trucking companies and warehouses)
  • Saving, updating and managing all shipping documentation,
  • Documenting all shipments with photos, tracking info, delivery, and proof of delivery, etc.
  • Warehouse management (confirming shipments against packing lists, changing labels, etc.)
  • Filing all claims for damaged material and orders
  • Knowledge of Hazmat (certified is a plus, if not will need to get certified)
  • Sending out and documenting all samples of products to current and prospective customers
  • Warehouse/Inventory management
  • General Office Duties (including scanning, emailing, faxing, cleaning, filing, etc.)
  • Run other office errands as required


Skills/Competencies (Preferable):

  • Impeccable time management and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Acrobat
  • Valid Driver's License and Transportation
  • Associate degree (Preferred)
  • Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Able to lift 60 lbs.
