You'll work with a small crew on large-scale projects like warehouse and dock systems, with opportunities to run smaller installs independently. Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial rolling steel, sectional, high-lift, high-speed, and vertical-lift doors.
• Set up dock levelers, safety equipment, and commercial openers.
• Safely operate lifts, rigging equipment, and power tools.
• Read job layouts, prints, shop-drawings, and follow specifications to ensure quality installation.
• Work effectively with a crew of 2-3 technicians on large projects.
• Handle smaller installs independently as needed.
• Maintain safety standards at all times on-site.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Door installation, construction, welding, or related trades preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Comfortable with physical labor, power tools, and working at heights.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday
• Standard daytime hours with occasional after-hours emergency service rotation.
