This leadership opportunity will focus on disbursement operations. We’re seeking an experienced operational leader who has worked extensively with legal settlements, financial disbursements, or law firm operations. You’ll lead a team of specialists, collaborate closely with attorneys, finance, and operations, and ensure our clients receive their settlements quickly, accurately, and with transparency.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop the Flex team to deliver accurate, timely disbursements.
• Oversee lien resolution, verification, petition drafting, check processing, and payouts.
• Review disbursement documentation and approve for final attorney review.
• Set KPIs, monitor dashboards, and drive improvements in accuracy and turnaround times.
• Work closely with attorneys, finance, and IT to streamline systems and workflows.
• Ensure every step of settlement processing meets compliance and regulatory standards and set forth by licensed attorneys.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in settlements, disbursements, or law firm operations.
• Background in civil litigation or personal injury law is a plus.
• Proven leadership in high-volume, compliance-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Analytical, meticulous, and relentless about accuracy.
