- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Create detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives & read across opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize TMS (Total Maintenance System) to manage maintenance workflows and shape maintenance activities to reduce breakdowns and preserve assets.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 2 or more years' experience in supervision in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
- Previous experience working in a union environment
- Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing
